Return and Refund Policy

At Titch & Thread, all of our products are handmade to order and personalised just for you. Because of the customised nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Personalised Items

• As every item is made to your chosen specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
• Please double-check all details (including spelling, colours, and sizes) carefully before confirming your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@titchandthread.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Non-Personalised Items

If we ever sell non-personalised items, these may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If returning an item (where eligible), you will be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
